It is also distributed freely at the City's facilities and various businesses around Avondale to ensure consistently high reach and response rates. The RAVE is simply one of the most effective ways to get our programs seen by active City residents and families. B. Email Blast. Program email blasts are highly engaging visual content about our programs, leagues, and events. This drives traffic to linked programs, creating timely awareness of the offerings to the community. The Department does not maintain web content for Contractors or Contractor’s web pages. D. Social Media. These posts include information or promotion of contracted programs and opportunities. E. Park Kiosks. Kiosks with program and event information are present at City parks and facilities. Contractors are welcome to submit ads promoting programs offered through PROGRAM (and meeting ad guidelines). F. Registration.
