Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.3. Equipment Supply Requirements A. The supply scope of a resultant Contract will include the following queuing equipment and accessory categories. The Contractor will supply a catalog that encompasses its complete product line to include at a minimum, but not be limited to each category below for meeting the City’s operational needs. B. Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Requirements: All equipment provided to PHX will meet 2010 ADA Standards for Accessible Design, per Chapter 3, Section 7. 3.4. Minimum Equipment A. Contractor will supply a catalog and/or online weblink to the full product line of equipment offered. The minimum equipment the Contract must provide should include but not limited to: 1. Stanchions a. Retractable Ribbon Style b. Single and double ribbon styles i. 2-inch retractable ribbons ii. Rigid rail stanchions and/or attachments c. Wall Mount Style d. Portable and magnetic-mounted base style barriers/stanchions e. Availability in multiple finishes such as: satin aluminum, satin chrome, polished chrome and polished brass finishes. 2. Stanchion Accessories a. Storage Carts b. Stanchion signage accessories i. Rigid Rails and Panels ii. Hinged frame panel iii. Post top signage c. Retractable Ribbon Cassettes i. Available in 7ft, 10 ft and 13 ft lengths ii. Available in a variety of colors iii. Have the ability to provide customization f. Stainless Steel Base Covers 3. Replacement Parts a. Contractor must provide replacement parts for stanchion heads, fixed style arrangements, or other components need for the stanchions and accessories to function as purchased. b. If replacement parts are not available, Contractor must replace the stanchions and/or accessories with a quality equal to or greater than the part(s) needing repair. c. The items below are stanchion styles and accessories that are currently in use at PHX. All items are Tensabarrier and Visiontron brand products: i. Retractable Ribbon Stanchions, single and double ribbon ii. Rigid rail stanchions with clear acrylic panels iii. Hinged frame panels with clear acrylic inserts iv. Storage Carts v. Signage Frames and attachments vi. Replacement belt mechanism/housing 4. All equipment and components listed as standard by the manufacturer for the product or model offered shall be furnished whether or not such items are detailed herein, e.g., special wrenches, tools, kits, jacks, instruments etc. 3.5. Customizations A. Upon request of ADR, Offeror should be able to provide customizations to ribbon cassettes that would include branding. Logo application method (i.e. silk-screen printing or multi-color dye-sub printing) will be selected by the Contractor. Custom printed samples may be requested by the ADR prior to order placement. B. Upon request of the ADR, customized sign solutions may be requested and may include custom sizes, printing, or materials.
