a. Consultant shall provide interim and as needed medical staffing only and utilize the equipment and supplies belonging to EMS. EMS will provide a partner (vehicle operator). b. Consultant shall respond to all emergency, non-emergency, inter-facility, mutual aid calls for service, (and collect all information for billing the calls for service). Additional EMS activities may include large scale events, fairs, concerts, marathons, parades, dedicated standbys, and disasters. c. Consultant may rotate shifts and locations throughout the EMS stations and may include up to sixty (60) shifts a year. d. Consultant shall meet periodically/as needed with EMS representatives to ensure a good working relationship between all parties. e. Consultant will follow the EMS Standard Operating Procedures, Treatment Guidelines, Pharmaceutical Policies and Procedures for daily operations
