1. The Contractor shall coordinate with and obtain the approval of all entities exercising jurisdiction over the site. 2. The Contractor shall coordinate with Navajo Tribal Utility Authority and the Navajo Nation in regard to site utilities. Should utility retirement become necessary, the cost shall be included in the proposal. 3. The entire 4.59-acre property shall be fenced with 7’/8’ commercial black steel posts. The fence will include a two-vehicle wide entrance with a locking gate. A walk-in entrance to be located about 12’ away from vehicle entrance. A second walk-in entrance to be located on the south fence, identical to the first. 4. Completely dispose of the entire current fence. All waste materials resulting from the project shall be promptly removed and legally disposed of. 5. The entire fence ground-site shall be graded to a smooth finish, raked and left free of any debris. 6. At the completion of the project, furnish a project summary and all information and reports that may be required by offices that have jurisdiction over the work.
