The Contractor will provide a proposal for the following: Develop and provide a formal Project Management Training Program based on the Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) dedicated to Pima Community College. The annual training program shall accommodate three modalities: (1) on site at Pima Community College (2) on site at a Contractor provided facility in Tucson AZ and (3) virtual/Live sessions. The training program shall include at least four levels of instruction: (1) Introductory level project management training for those just starting in project management, operational managers and College leadership needing an awareness of project management techniques. (2) Intermediate level project management training for project team members who will be actively participating in the project goals and will need to be familiar with the project management processes. (3) Advanced level project management training for project managers and Project Management Office (PMO) members who will need to be familiar with the project management processes, tools, techniques, and project leadership. (4) Project Management certification training for those advanced project managers and PMO members who wish to receive Project Management certifications. This training program should be based on an annual cycle. An estimate of the annual seat requirements for each level of training is provided in the Cost & Compensation Form
