The Town of Chino Valley is seeking statements of qualifications from qualified, licensed vendors interested in providing professional services for the designated areas (with examples of anticipated work types) in the following categories: 1. Civil Engineering o Water / Wastewater / Storm Drain o Transportation / Traffic o Cost Estimates o Land Survey o Plan Review 2. Geotechnical Engineering o Site Investigation / Recommendations o Materials Testing / Quality Assurance / Quality Control / Special Inspection o Environmental Services 3. Electrical & SCADA Programming 4. Architecture 5. Landscape Architecture Services to be provided may include, but are not limited to, studies, site investigations, planning, preliminary design concepts, and development of contract documents (such as detailed plans, schedules, designs, specifications, and reports). Duties may also involve budget estimation, engineering designs, phasing, recommendations for future infrastructure needs (master plans), improvement district administration, and presentations at public meetings. All projects involving the preparation of design plans and specifications require those documents to be sealed by a professional registered in the State of Arizona.
