Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City is seeking to partner with a professional design firm with significant experience developing plans for recreational programming and amenities along waterfront and other regionally distinct properties utilizing innovative park planning and development strategies. This conceptual planning and preliminary design effort is for three (3) of the ten (10) activity zones, and will also include the development of RSP-wide design guidelines: Recreation/Adventure Entertainment North Shore Athletics ; Utilize master plan document and feasibility study to ensure existing conditions, opportunities, and constraints are updated and considered during this effort. Utilize existing plans, facilities condition data, strategies, and on-site inspections as part of a physical condition assessment to identify and address deficiencies in existing and/or remaining infrastructure. Survey area of improvements and boundary conditions.
