The Navajo Housing Authority (NHA) is seeking proposals to retain a Professional IT Consultant to review its organizational IT systems needs to acquire an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The primary focus will review all NHA’s core business functions and requirements as the goal of the review will be to improve process efficiency, strengthen data driven reports, and enhance the integrity of NHA’s business processes through a recommended ERP system. The review will look for opportunities to align processes with NHA’s core business function through the execution of the Indian Housing Plan (IHP)/Annual Performance Report (APR). Scope of Work for the IT Consultant will include the minimum of the following: A. Assess (Scope) NHA’s Core Business Functionalities. B. Report on Outcome of Core Business Functionality. C. Consultant Services for System Development, Implementation, Monitoring, and Successful Conversion.
