Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Arizona Board of Regents (ABOR), on behalf of the University of Arizona, is soliciting proposals from interested vendors to furnish the University with Printing and mailing services. The University anticipates spending approximately $2,000,000 each year of the contract on printed materials, mailing services and about $500,000 on postage that will be covered by this RFP, to be called the “Print Program”. The Print Program will cover a wide range of jobs, including “quick print”, full color multi-component jobs, and out-of-home or banner signage. It will also include mailing and postage of these jobs.This RFP will result in multiple awards to supppliers to ensure that the University’s print and mailing requirements can be met.
