All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: 4.1.1. Bird trapping and removal services shall be billed monthly and performed on a weekly basis based on the following criteria: 4.1.1.1. In the summer months (May to September), traps shall be inspected 2 times per week, with the removal of any trapped birds. 4.1.1.2. In the winter months (October to April), traps shall be inspected 1 time per week, with the removal of any trapped birds. 4.1.1.3. Should temperatures rise above 95 degrees Fahrenheit during certain weeks in the winter, traps should then be inspected 2 times per week for this timeframe. 4.1.1.4. Contractor should ensure at each inspection visit that all traps have sufficient food and water to prevent birds from dying inside the traps. 4.1.1.5. Contractor shall ensure all trapped birds will not be killed, but rather released into the wild so they do not return to the location where they have been trapped.
