The Contractor shall perform facility maintenance tests and inspections of healthcare facilities and housing, and to complete documentation for those tests and inspections. The services shall be provided to the Phoenix Area Indian Health Service (PAIHS) at IHS health care facilities located at various locations throughout Arizona, Winterhaven California, Nevada and Utah.
