Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall: 5.1 Have a Pharmacist-in-Charge holding a current certificate of licensure and at least one (1) licensed registered pharmacist to meet the demand for services for all clients; 5.2 Maintain at a minimum, business hours (e.g. 9:00 am to 5:00 pm), seven (7) days per week, 365 days per year; 5.3 Maintain a brick and mortar retail pharmacy open and accessible to patients able to dispense ADHS purchased Monkeypox Therapeutics prescriptions; 5.4 Have a minimum of three (3) years’ experience providing pharmacy services in the State of Arizona and experience providing pharmacy services statewide including rural and frontier areas of state; 5.5 Comply with all federal and state regulations, including HIPAA; 5.6 Have a twenty-four (24) hour toll-free telephone line; 5.7 Have a separate twenty-four (24) hour toll-free telephone line available for clients to access medication counseling from licensed pharmacists. This client telephone line shall provide access for those clients whose language preference is Spanish as well as those for whom English is preferred: 5.7.1 In the event that it is determined that a significant number of eligible clients have a language preference other than English or Spanish, the Contractor shall provide access to interpretation services on an "as needed" basis through an appropriate and acceptable mechanism. All interpretation service costs shall be included in the agreed upon monthly program fee; 5.8 Assure that its pharmacists initiate communications with clinicians, prescribers and/or clients on all matters that allows for clinical judgment from the Pharmacist to address known drug interactions within medications. The Contractor shall provide assistance in the prevention of potentially harmful drug interactions in connection with prescriptions filled for clients; 5.9 Have a designated full-time customer-service representative trained specifically for eligible clients and available twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week, 365 days per year; 5.10 Meet the needs of those clients whose preferred language is Spanish: 5.10.1 Supply Spanish language prescription labels, medication instructions, brochures and literature upon request; 5.11 Provide a Teletypewriter (TTY) for hearing-impaired clients with a designated telephone line for access to the TTY; 5.12 Dispense prescribed medications within a maximum turnaround time of forty-eight (48) hours for all prescriptions from confirmation of prescription and client eligibility to dispensing of the medication: 5.12.1 Prescriptions reported as lost or stolen may be replaced as authorized by the ADHS or ADIP; 5.13 Have all new prescriptions that are shipped, shipped via overnight carrier to specified sites/locations within a maximum time from confirmation of prescription to delivery of prescriptions of less forty-eight (48) hours;
