2.1. Provide pricing for the Pest Control Services specified below. Pricing shall be submitted on an all-inclusive basis and shall include most current industry standard chemicals, materials, equipment, services, labor, benefits, travel, payroll burden, insurances, workers compensation fee, all taxes, profits, overhead and all related. ADCRR will not reimburse any other expenses. 2.2. Render exterminating services to control and/or eliminate: 2.2.1. Roaches (All Species); 2.2.2. Ants; 2.2.3. Silver-fish; 2.2.4. Spiders (All Species); 2.2.5. Crickets; 2.2.6. Flying insects, such as flies and mosquitos; 2.2.7. Rats; 2.2.8. Mice; 2.2.9. Ticks; 2.2.10. Flies (All kitchen, stables & kennels); 2.2.11. Scorpions; and 2.2.12. All other common and non-common insects. 2.3. Provide additional services to be required on an as needed basis: 2.3.1. Boric acid treatment of all cracks and crevices for the elimination and control of roach infestation in kitchen areas. Each treatment shall consist of three (3) applications of boric acid over a pre-determined period of time with guaranteed results. 2.3.2. Exterior power spraying shall be performed as needed/requested for housing areas to create a wider chemical barrier for the insects to cross before reaching the building. Power spraying shall be done around each kitchen docks and trash areas weekly in conjunction with treating the kitchens areas. 2.3.3. Termite treatment control; 2.3.4. Fogging service all areas, including the kitchen areas when requested; 2.3.5. Gopher, groundhog and squirrel control; 2.3.6. Treatment of sewers (manholes) for roaches and crickets; 2.3.7. Spray for bees, Africanized and Domestic; 2.3.8. Snake removal; and 2.3.9. Wall and attic baiting for rodent control.
