The services will include: • Prepare and provide project management and coordination • Provide software and perform cloud-based installation • Assist with business process design, address gaps, and configure software • Migrate historical data • Develop public and employee interfaces and reports • Perform testing • Conduct training • Provide go-live support and stabilization services • Provide support services
