Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Parks and Recreation Department has designed new park regulation signs that will replace all theexisting regulations signs within Phoenix's flat land park system. In addition, the Department hasdeveloped a new trail post decal to replace all existing decals in the entire preserve system.3. GROUP I: SIGN REQUIREMENTSContractor shall fabricate and install or replace signs, as required.3.1 STANDARD SIGN REQUIREMENTSA. GRAPHICSAll initial graphic design work will be provided by the City and will be delivered in AI file format.The contractor shall be responsible for text changes to the graphic per the project manager andthe contractor will provide the project manager with a cut sheet for approval prior to the signfabrication.B. SIGN APPEARANCE AND LANGUAGEThe primary park sign provides information to the park user. The primary sign languageshall be standardized on signs within the park system, with the exception to identifiable parkinformation, such as, the name, address, established date and telephone number of thefacility. Contractor shall be responsible for changes requested to the graphic file per theproject manager. Park/facility name and address will be park specific. Telephone numberon all signs will be Parks and Recreation main number. All graphics, language and layoutshall be consistently adhered to as shown in Attachment A and Attachment B.Some additional text may be required at unique locations such as parks with bodies ofwater (lagoons, lakes, etc.), dog parks, skate parks, pools or other unique features. Suchtext will be placed on the add panel' as shown in Attachment C
