Specifications include, but are not limited to: CIty of Phoenix Aviation Department is looking for an experienced vendor to service and maintain theexisting Lenel Access Controls Systems at the Deer Valley and Goodyear Airports. To ensure systemsare maintained to an acceptable standard by having a planned maintenance program recognizedsoftware support and reactive call out procedures. The term of the agreement is for one (1) year with four(4) options to extend the agreement of one (1) year each at the discretion of the Aviation DepartmentRepresentative (A.D.R.)2.Vendor RequirementsOnly Vendors who meet these requirements will be considered:- Must be a Lenel Value Added Reseller (V.A.R.).- Must have a certified Lenel "MASTER" technician who is directly employed by the vendor.- Responding technician(s) at a minimum must possess a Lenel "Silver Certification".- Have a business office within 50 miles of Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, of whichnormal day to day business for Security Service is managed from.- To provide a fully detailed maintenance visit reports accessible from the web portal detailingprocedures, results, recommendations and any non compliance
