Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to provide design phaseassistance and complete construction services for the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PSHIA)Terminal 4 Terrazzo Installation project. This project site is located at PSHIA Terminal 4 with an addressat 3400 E. Sky Harbor Boulevard, Phoenix, Arizona. The estimated construction cost is $15,400,000million.SECTION I - PROJECT DESCRIPTIONThe Aviation Department is replacing approximately 440,000 square feet of flooring in the high trafficareas of Terminal 4 (T4) with terrazzo flooring. The main terminal areas include Level 1, Level 2, Level 3,Checkpoints and the high traffic areas of Concourses N1, N2, N3, N4, S3, and S4. The design andinstallation shall comply with the Airport's Design Standards for T4.The preferred CMAR shall have experience working in active airport operation areas, working withinconstrained environments, and coordinating projects with airport user groups and stakeholders. Theproject is within an operational airport and construction shall be phased over multiple fiscal years tomaintain all the operating functions. The CMAR is expected to demonstrate their ability to providecontinuity of the project through various phases and GMPs
