The Contractor shall provide, but not limited to, the following: 3.1. Oral health educational services to the public, including parents, health professionals, partners, and stake holders about the importance of prevention programs such as the school based sealant program, fluoride mouth-rinse program, and fluoride varnish; 3.2. Oral health evaluation services, using quantitative and qualitative research evaluation methods; 3.3. Oral health survey development and implementation, to collect surveillance data on populations utilizing the Association of State and Territorial Dental Director’s Basic Screening Survey (BSS) tool, or other methods as approved by the ADHS OOH; 3.4. Oral health data management services, to manage data collected from oral health surveys and other prevention programs managed by the ADHS OOH; 3.5. Oral health report writing, to include annual reports, comprehensive reports, fact sheets and infographics detailing the results of the oral health survey activities;
