Specifications include, but are not limited to: The successful Proposer will perform a variety of public opinion research dutiesfor the City. These duties include, but are not limited to:A. Community Opinion Survey. - Conduct a random sample telephone survey, via cell phone andlandline, of at least 750 Phoenix households with results stratifiedby appropriate demographic characteristics (approx. 70 closed-endquestions, using split sample methodology)- Assist City staff with development and design of the surveyinstrument- Pretest the survey instrument- Administer survey questions- Some interviews may need to be conducted in Spanish- Code, assemble and validate all data for computer system analysis. B. Employee Opinion Survey. - Conduct a written and electronic survey of approximately 14,000City employees- Assist City staff with developing and designing the surveyinstrument (City will print and distribute surveys to employees or dothe same electronically)- Accept surveys returned by U.S. mail. Postage to be paid for byproposer.- Accept surveys electronically
