Specifications include, but are not limited to: The proposal must include a complete, detailed description of any or all the items listed below that comprise the Offeror’s module. The proposal must provide the Offeror’s comprehensive full-text database(s) which includes access to as many or more than the following information sources and features as possible: * Journals, newspapers, periodicals, and wire services * eBooks * Government documents * Historic documents * Primary sources * Maps, charts, tables, graphs * Photographs, images, video, audio * Encyclopedias, almanacs, dictionaries, thesauri * Professional development resources for educators * Content appropriate to speakers of languages other than English * Content accessible to Special Education students
