Contractor shall: 2.1. Provide Adult Basic Education (ABE) and High School Equivalency (HSE) curriculum to the incarcerated population in Arizona. 2.2. Provide digital curriculum through inmate tablets. 2.3. The curricula for ABE/HSE learners shall provide distance learning opportunities to incarcerated learners who lack adult literacy, a high school diploma, or equivalent. 2.4. The curricula shall enable adult education providers to develop and expand services for ABE/HSE learners through distance and hybrid (blended) education models, using web-based curricula designed for preparation for the HSE Exam and other assessments of college and career readiness, civics education, and skills and knowledge for transition to careers and post-secondary programs. 2.5. The curricula shall accommodate up to 5,000 ABE/HSE learners statewide.
