Specifications include, but are not limited to: - The system shall communicate with SunGard Business (FUSD), SunGard Ellucian (College), SunGard HTE (County) and Harris ERP (City) in an easy-to-do way - The system shall be HIPPA privacy law compliant - Customizable to each entity (Logo and specific plan information for each entity) - Shall cater to all levels of user on-line knowledge and ability - System should be user friendly and intuitive - System shall have the ability to customize specific plan details for each entity (pricing, links to plan documents, resources of plan documents, tutorials, etc.) - Full Customer Service support during open enrollment for tech and usability issues - System shall have the ability to do mid-year enrollments for new hires, COBRA continuation coverage, and Terminations - The system shall have a solid process for updating participant information that matches agencies financial management system (address, dependents, elections) - System shall be remotely hosted with no on-site hardware required by the Trust - System shall be modified as required to work with the Trust member systems as they are updated by their vendors. These updates shall be included in the annual maintenance fees. Interfacing to a new system will not be included in the annual fees
