Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor will perform on-call paving operations on various roads in the Town of Fountain Hills. Contractor will provide all necessary equipment and personnel. Contractor will be responsible for furnishing and hauling asphalt to each jobsite, supplying and maintaining traffic control, and cleanup of any debris. Full Depth Asphalt Patching On Call Contractor will remove by milling or saw-cut to the necessary depth (measured from original surface course) of existing asphalt and base material. After proof rolling to engineer's approval, Contractor will replace with Town approved asphalt type. All work SHALL be in accordance with the latest revision of the Maricopa County Association of Governments Uniform Standards Specifications and Details (MAG SPECIFICATIONS AND DETAILS), Town of Fountain Hills Supplements to the MAG Specifications and Details, or Design mix specified by Engineer; includes all aspects of excavation, milling, hauling off of material, asphalt, asphalt placement and any other incidentals associated with this work.
