Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall possess the capability, experience, and expertise to provide a variety of business development, technical consulting and training services. The Contractor shall provide innovative and creative training, education and data sorting and analysis period including but not limited to: 4.1.1. Immediate and long-term business development and business needs assessment. 4.1.2. Development of a customized business plan and strategic marketing plan. 4.1.3. Estimating and bidding. 4.1.4. Human Resource review. 4.1.5. Recordkeeping. 4.1.6. Cash flow management/budgeting. 4.1.7. Financial management and software training. 4.1.8. Understanding contract, Davis Bacon Wages and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements. 4.1.9. Workforce development initiatives, programs, strategies, and organizational and leadership development. 4.1.10. Provide pre-qualification services for potential DBE and SBC firms.
