Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.1. The purpose of this Solicitation is to provide sufficient guidance and information for interested parties to submit offers for off site secure printing to include card design, production, letter submission, and fulfillment of physical credentials. 2.2. It is the intent of the ADPS to award to one or more suppliers to meet the requirements of AZDPS and reserves the right to award this contract in part to multiple suppliers or partial and/or ancillary services to a single supplier. The award will depend on the quality of the bids, the suppliers qualifications, expertise and capabilities and the ability to provide the required product/service. 2.3. The Arizona Department of Public Safety (AZDPS) anticipates awarding contract(s) with the intent to secure service coverage. Whether or not it actually enters into any contracts, how many contracts it enters into, and how the work is awarded between those contracts are all at AZDPS’s discretion. Furthermore, AZDPS will use any awarded contracts on an as-needed basis, with no guarantee as to its actual spending under them.
