3.1 General Requirements: The Contractor shall provide qualified law enforcement officers who hold the appropriate certifications to provide the following types of services: 3.1.1 Security Patrols: Conduct regular patrols of the Premises, including interior and exterior areas, to deter crime and identify potential security risks. 3.1.2 Access Control: Monitor and control access to the Premises, ensuring only authorized individuals enter. 3.1.3 Traffic Control: Direct traffic and enforce parking regulations, if applicable. 3.1.4 Crowd Control: Manage crowds and maintain order during events or peak hours. 3.1.5 Incident Response: Respond to incidents such as disturbances, thefts, accidents, and medical emergencies. 3.1.6 Emergency Response: Assist in coordinating emergency response efforts with local law enforcement, fire department, and emergency medical services. 3.1.7 Investigations: Conduct preliminary investigations of incidents, gather evidence, and prepare reports. 3.1.8 Liaison with Local Law Enforcement: Maintain communication and cooperation with local law enforcement agencies. 3.1.9 Customer Service: Provide assistance and information to visitors, employees, and residents.
