Specifications include, but are not limited to: Occupational/Vocational Education services to provide Child Care Training and, as appropriate, optional related Technical Assistance to center and home based Child Care Providers within specified geographic areas. Child Care Provider- a person who delivers Child Care services and meets one or more of the following criteria: a. Is employed by a Child Care center licensed by the Arizona Department of Health Services (DHS) Office of Child Care Licensure b. Is employed by or is the owner of a family Child Care group home certified by DHS Office of Child Care Licensure c. Is certified by the Arizona Department of Economic Security (ADES), Child Care Administration (CCA), as family Child Care homes d. Meets Child Care regulations established on military installations e. Meets Child Care regulations established by federally recognized Indian tribes or, f. Provides lawful Child Care under Arizona statutes.
