Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.1.1. Provide its own employees, equipment, and supplies necessary to complete the Services described hereunder which include clearing snow from all drive lanes, fire lanes and parking areas adjacent to the building. 3.1.2. Provide the adequate number of personnel or subcontractors necessary to complete the services as defined in the scope of work. 3.1.3. Notify the Department’s Facilities Management & Support Group of any damage to the property caused by snow removal operations including, but not limited to, buildings, curbs, parking blocks, islands, sidewalks, light poles, signs, landscaping, irrigation, or paving. Contractor shall be responsible to repair or replace any damage at no cost to the Department. Contractor shall coord inate any repair or replacement with the Department within two (2) business days of reported damage. 3.1.4. Respond to emergency calls within three (3) hours of request unless agreed upon by the Department.
