Specifications include, but are not limited to: 8723 North Parking Lot Drainage: a) Design a new drainage system to create positive flow. Remove and reconfigure existing asphalt with new design. The current surface runoff pools north of Modular 8723. During the cold weather (rain or snow), the pooling surface runoff or melting snow turns to ice. The drainage then slowly drains south beneath the modular. The new design will direct the runoff through the channel and out the fence into an existing earthen channel. Which will then flow south along Tribal Hill Drive. Any on site materials or electrical cables damaged during dismantling or reconfiguring will be replaced at contractor’s expense. A water and sewage line is located in the vicinity. 8723 East Exit Parking Lot Drainage: a) Design a new drainage system to create positive flow. Remove and reconfigure existing asphalt with new design. The current surface runoff flows to the southwest beneath Modular 8723. The drainage then slowly drains south beneath the modular. The new design will direct the runoff through the channel and flow south along Tribal Hill Drive. Any on site materials or electrical cables damaged during dismantling or reconfiguring will be replaced at contractor’s expense. A water and sewage line is located in the vicinity
