Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Buckeye (the “City”) is issuing this Request for Qualifications (this “RFQ”) to qualified public relations firms (“Consultant(s)”) with demonstrated experience in strategic marketing, public affairs and legislative campaigns. The scope of work may include, but not limited to, the following tasks: • Strategic research and plan development • Concept development, including quality video, social media campaigns and graphic designs that meets city standards • Create specific messaging for numerous audiences – developers, media, state and federal legislators, state agencies, etc. • Produce various campaign collateral (report analyses, visual displays, etc.) • Provide a professional spokesperson/advocate to represent the city to state and local agencies, legislators and the media • Generate opportunities for public speaking opportunities • Develop and execute a crisis communication response as necessary • Write articles, press releases and op-eds as needed • Meet regularly with Communications Director, City Manager and/or Water Resources Management Team • Prepare cost schedules and monthly status reports
