The City of Mesa is soliciting Request for Proposal (RFP) responses from qualified and experienced vendors to furnish all tools, labor, materials, equipment, rigging, supplies, permits, incidentals, vehicles, services and supervision necessary to provide Moving Services as requested by the City and to ensure the smooth and on-time relocation of the offices specified by the City’s work order. The equipment required will consist of small and large moving vans, dollies, hand trucks, rollers and similar equipment and supplies usually employed in the movement of furniture and equipment and necessary to accomplish the move. Moving services shall include, but are not limited to, moving of office furniture, modular furniture, supplies and equipment, computer equipment, vertical and lateral files, cabinets, boxes, files, books, pictures, laboratory equipment, within a building or from one building to another, or different locations within the City including pickup, delivery, placement and removal of moving debris.
