The work under this contract may be complex, labor intensive and require specialized tools and/or training. Many of these units are considered by the Department to be “emergency response equipment” and require priority attention. The successful contractor will provide all necessary labor, materials, parts, accessories, assemblies, and/or components that meet OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) guidelines and quality. 3.2. The Department intends to have the bulk of repairs rendered at the Departments facilities (Mobile) throughout the State which is a mandatory requirement for this Contract. If the Contractor has a repair facility near the repair location, the repair may be completed at the Contractor’s facility with the Departments prior approval (Optional). However the intention of this contract is for repairs to be completed onsite at the Departments location, closest to the referenced piece of equipment. (See exhibit 3 ADOT Equipment Services Shops)
