The Indian Health Services, Four Corners Regional Health Center, located in Teec Nos Pos, Arizona has a requirement for the purchase of various housekeeping supplies and materials, etc. on an "As Needed Basis" for the Housekeeping Department at Four Corners Regional Health Center.
The period of performance will be for twelve (12) continious months beginning from the Date of Award.
Evalution factors may include technical capabilites to meet the governments need outlines in the Statement of Work/Commerical Specifications, past performance, and price.
