Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. The Arizona Department of Public Safety anticipates entering into a 5-year sole source agreement with Mideo Systems, Inc. to provide maintenance and support of a DPS owned legacy digital imaging system CaseWorks, manufactured and supplied by Mideo Systems Inc. The system has been in place in the Laboratory for over 15 years and integrates with the Lab’s Information Management System. DPS has the ongoing requirement for maintaining this legacy system and obtaining annual maintenance and support service, including software upgrades. The CaseWorks system is proprietary to Mideo Systems Inc and cannot be supplied by any other vendor. Any maintenance performed by a third-party company on the current system would void any agreements, licenses and warranties with Mideo Systems Inc.
