Specifications include, but are not limited to: FULL SERVICE MEETING AND CONFERENCE PLANNERS The Contractor shall provide services tailored to the specific needs and objectives of a particular event. Examples of the services include, but are not limited to the following: a. Provide pre-conference planning and development (1) Locate and secure, upon Entity approval, conference or meeting/function location(s) and services that may include, but shall not be limited to the following items: (a) Reserve, negotiate rates and execute contracts for facilities and all related services such as: catering, sleeping rooms, meeting rooms and breakout areas, AV equipment, parking, security services, printing, speakers, entertainment, transcription services, translators and sign language interpreters. (b) Ensure that adequate parking is available (c) Ensure that an adequate number of handicapped sleeping rooms are available
