3.1.1 Provide annual maintenance services for AZDA owned commercial ice machines and walk-in refrigerator and freezer. This includes scheduled inspections, cleaning, performance checks, and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal operation and longevity of the equipment. Annual maintenance shall be performed once per calendar year and coordinated with AZDA Facilities. All services shall be documented and submitted to AZDA upon completion. 3.1.2 Have available maintenance and repair services twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week, and 365 days a year during regular business hours (Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm), and outside regular business hours (before and/or after regular business hours, weekends, and all state observed holidays. State observed holidays: • New Year’s Day • Martine Luther King Jr./Civil Rights Day • President’s Day • Memorial • Independence Day • Labor Day • Columbus Day/Indigenous Peoples Day • Veteran’s Day • Thanksgiving Day • Christmas Day
