3.1 Provide annual maintenance services for ADE owned commercial ice machines. This includes scheduled inspections, cleaning, performance checks, and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal operation and longevity of the equipment. Annual maintenance shall be performed once per calendar year and coordinated with Ade Facilities. All services shall be documented and submitted to ADE upon completion. 3.2 Have available maintenance and repair services twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week, and 365 days a year during regular business hours (Monday through Friday from 6:00am to 6:00pm), and outside regular business hours (before and/or after regular business hours, weekends, and all state observed holidays. State observed holidays: • New Year’s Day, • Martin Luther King Jr./Civil Rights Day • President’s Day • Memorial • Independence Day • Labor Day • Columbus Day/Indigenous Peoples Day • Veteran’s Day • Thanksgiving Day • Christmas Day 3.3 Meet Federal, State and local standards for quality, health, and occupational safety requirements for performing maintenance and/or repairs in the BEP food service facilities. 3.4 Provide a phone number where a person authorized to dispatch maintenance and repair technicians qualified in the specific type of equipment requiring repair can be reached twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days per week. 3.5 Require technicians to display proper identification and wear distinctive uniform clothing while working within ADE.
