Provide maintenance, repair and calibration services as needed and as requested on analytical scales and balances included on Exhibit Two (2). 3.2 Provide on-site service during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Arizona time to the locations identified below. Excluding State holidays as identified in Exhibit One (1). 3.2.1 Arizona State Public Health Laboratory (ASPHL) 250 N. 17th Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona 85007 3.2.2 Radiation Measurement Laboratory (RML) 4814 S. 40th Street, Phoenix, Arizona 85040 3.3 Have a current International Organization of Standardization/International Electrotechnical Commission (ISO/IEC) 17025 accreditation certificate for calibration services. 3.3.1 The certificate shall be under the name of the company who will be providing the services. 3.3.2 The location listed on the certificate shall match the base of operations for the service technicians and the main storage location for the class 1 weights and other service equipment. 3.4 Have weights that cover the range needed to certify the scales and balances at the two (2) locations including, but not limited to: 3.4.1 A low weight of 0.100 grams, and 3.4.2 A high weight of 5,000 grams. 3.5 Have weights and testing equipment certified annually with the State of Arizona Metrology Laboratory or equivalent.
