A.1 Contractor shall remove and dispose of all flooring, baseboards, wall coverings, toilets, urinals, sinks, wall light fixtures, mirrors, and other mounts and accessories. A.2 All water, waste, drain, and vent pipes shall be relocated if necessary, in a manner to provide all supplies to the proper fixtures and/or meet building code. A.3 Contractor shall install new toilets and urinals. All makes and models per Exhibit E. A.4 Contractor shall remove popcorn ceiling and patch, repair, or otherwise restore any damaged or missing sheetrock due to the work being performed or due to water damage or other age-related issues. Contractor shall apply a matching texture to all wall/ceiling areas throughout. A.5 All walls and ceilings shall be primed and painted white; color shall be approved by County prior to ordering. Paint must be Dunn Edwards with Eggshell sheen. A.6 Bathroom tile flooring shall be 1" hexagon white gloss porcelain or ceramic tile with a 4” tall black coved porcelain or ceramic tile base (see attachment D). 8 A.7 Bathroom countertops shall be white quartz 36” in width and shall be installed with a new sink and faucet fixture and shall conform to the detail in Exhibit E. Sinks and faucets must be preapproved by the county and equivalent solid surface substitutions may be submitted for approval. A.8 36” wide mirrors with a height from the top of the backsplash to the bottom of the lighting fixture shall be installed above the bathroom countertops. A.9 All ADA grab bars, vents and other accessories removed for painting shall be reinstalled. A10. Ceiling mounted lighting shall remain the same, new wall mounted light bars above the mirrors shall be furnished and installed; make and model preapproved by the County.
