3.1 Specifications and Requirements: The Resultant Consultant shall provide the following materials: 3.1.1 Provide all service labor and Standard PPE. 3.1.2 Training materials and printed handouts for staff training. 3.1.3 Student Registration fees and costs for handouts or materials shall be included in the cost(s) of the contract Services. 3.1.4 A certificate of completion shall be issued to each student participant, at the end of each training session. 3.2 Service Requirements: 3.2.1 Microscopic Examinations On-Site. The Consultant shall provide microscopic examinations in person and on-site at the following locations. • City of Glendale West Area Water Reclamation Facility o 5901 North Glen Harbor Blvd. Glendale, AZ 85307 • Arrowhead Ranch Water Reclamation Facility. 8180 West Union Hills Drive Glendale, AZ 85308 3.2.2 Microscopic Examinations for Activated Sludge On-Site. The Consultant shall provide in person on-site Microscopic Examinations every other week on the activated sludge (mixed liquor) process. This analysis of the biological system is a critical component relating to the performance of producing A+ quality water. The ability to have this information available often identifies problems with the process before an upset occurs.
