Lake Havasu City (“City”) is requesting a Letter of Interest (“LOI”) and Statement of Qualifications (“SOQ”) from experienced and qualified metal fabrication contractors utilizing a two-step procurement process for selection of a qualified contractor to fabricate and install shade canopies at Main Street Commons Park, located at the corner of McCulloch Boulevard and Querio Drive. In Step One, the City is soliciting Letters of Interest and Statements of Qualifications from experienced and qualified metal fabrication contractors. The scope of work includes fabrication, transportation, installation, and painting of eight (8) additional conical shade canopies which must be exact replicas of the existing structures at the site. Contractors deemed qualified through this initial evaluation may be invited to participate in Step Two, which will involve submission of a formal bid in response to the forthcoming Invitation to Bid.
