Luke AFB is posting this Request for Quote (RFQ) for Off-Base Traffic Barricades for the Luke Air Force Base 2026 Air Show. The project's scope consists of: the vendor setting up on March 19, operations from March 20-22, and removal/tear down on March 22 by 10pm local time. Please review all documents attached to this RFQ for more information.
Evaluation Criteria is listed within clause 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services. All offerors must provide must provide examples of past performance on events comparable in scope and complexity to a Super Bowl-level event, as well as a full Capabilities statement in order for the Governement to determine Technical Acceptabilitty.
Quote Submission Deadline (01/27/2026): The deadline to submit a quote in response to this RFQ is January 27th, 2026 @ 1500 EST. Interested vendors must submit their proposal to the POCs via email by this deadline to be considered for award.
Quotes that are submitted must be valid through March 14th, 2026.
Notice to Offeror(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
