The City of Litchfield Park (“City”) is soliciting Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) from qualified developers (“Developer”) with experience in commercial and mixed-use development for the sale or lease and development of one or more parcels/lots of property located within the Litchfield Square project (the “Property”). The Property is owned by the City and will be sold as a fee simple transaction or a long-term lease consistent with the City’s vision and goals for Litchfield Square.; The goal is to transform Litchfield Square into a highly visible social, cultural, and economic destination amenity for the City and its residents. The City is seeking to sell or lease with a wellqualified Developer for the design and development of a high quality, balanced commercial and/or mixed-use project, including a concentration of destination merchants, restaurants, specialty food market, entertainment and high-end retail.
