SOURCES SOUGHT ONLY: The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP), the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI), the Federal Prison Camp (FPC), and Mesa Unit, 37900 N. 45th Ave., Phoenix, Arizona, 85086, intends to make a single award to a qualified entity for the removal of liquid sanitary waste.
Contractor will furnish all labor, supplies and materials needed to remove the liquid sanitary waste at FCI, FPC and Mesa Housing Unit - Phoenix, Arizona.
1. Location A: Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) headworks (1,200 gallons). Frequency: Once per week, 52 times per year.
2. Location B: Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) East and West Effluent Pumps (500 gallons). Frequency: Once per quarter, 4 times per year.
3. Location C: FPC lift-station (500 gallons). Frequency: Once per week, 52 times per year.
4. Location D: FCI Food Service grease trap (6,000 gallon tank). Once per quarter, 4 times per year.
5. Location E: Mesa Housing Unit Food Service grease trap (2,500 gallon tank). Once per year.
6. Location F: FPC (Camp) Food Service grease trap (2,500 gallon tank). Once per year.
NOTE: This requirement will result in a FFP IDIQ type contract with a one year base plus four option periods.
