Contract vendor shall supply library management software for use in the following facility types including, but not limited to: school libraries, academic libraries, public libraries, and/or special libraries including municipal, technical, medical, and legal. Contract vendor may offer library management software including, but not limited to: complete management and interface with all print and digital resources including library books, textbooks, eBooks, audiobooks, interactive books and both free and fee-based research databases. Contract vendor’s library management software may provide complete media and asset management integration including, but not limited to: sharing of patron data, ability to switch between library, textbook, media and asset functions, and combined reporting capabilities. Contract vendor shall provide library management software that is fully compliant with the current applicable MARC format standard. Contract vendor’s library management software may offer the ability to enter member’s existing library’s shelf-list into a current MARC format standard.
