Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State seeks to procure a variety of legal and investigative research services materials including on-line legal research services; stored data research materials, e.g., CD-ROM; stored data materials may be updateable and/or contain hyperlinks to additional/applicable on-line resources and print-based legal research materials, e.g., published material journals and periodicals. The Contract shall provide Data services, seeking information in support of legal, legislative, regulatory and/or administrative activities. On-line media may include packages that are stand-alone and/or networked; single users, multiple consecutive users and/or multiple simultaneous users; metered and/or unlimited access.
