1.2.01 Contract vendor performing on-site work shall arrive and perform work in clearly marked vehicles with the company clearly identified by name or logo. Staff shall wear identifiable uniforms at all times while working on a member’s site(s). The uniforms shall be clearly marked with contract vendor’s company name or logo. 1.2.02 Contract vendor shall supply all personnel, equipment, personal protection equipment, and supplies to complete all specified services. 1.2.03 Contract vendor shall provide the member with the name and phone number of contract vendor's representative for each project site. Contract vendor's representative shall be a person employed by contract vendor who is familiar with, and regularly updated on all contract vendor's activities at the site. Contract vendor's representative shall personally perform regular reviews of the site work. 1.3 Installation Services Specifications 1.3.01 Installation services may include, but not be limited to: new trees and plants; hedges; ornamental and decorative fencing; lowvoltage lighting and landscaping systems; landscaping beds to include a variety of plants and shrubs; patios; outdoor furnaces; ornaments, sculptures, and statues; pathways; mulch; natural and artificial turf; boulders and rocks; gravel; ponds; waterways; and watering systems and irrigation. 1.3.02 Contract vendor offering installation shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment required to complete each project according to the scope of work developed with the member, and designer as applicable. 1.3.03 Contract vendor shall ensure any heavy machinery used in the project does not damage existing parking areas, curbing, walking paths, sidewalks, or existing landscape. Protective measures shall be taken when applicable. 1.3.04 Contract vendor shall install all vegetation in accordance with the grower’s/producer’s instructions or guidelines. Prior to performing any installations, contract vendor shall make their personnel aware of such instructions. 1.3.05 Contract vendor shall supervise all work; use qualified personnel; and require personnel to be familiar with safety procedures, equipment operation, and manufacturer’s installation requirements. 1.3.06 Contract vendor’s work responsibility shall include planning, administration, and management necessary to provide all construction and related services as specified in the scope of work. Contract vendor shall perform the work in strict accordance with the contract and all current applicable federal, state, and local laws and codes. 1.3.07 Contract vendor shall abide by all EPA dust control requirements. 1.3.08 Contract vendor shall provide related services such as preparing and submitting required reports and submitting necessary information as specified under this contract and within individual project orders. 1.3.09 Contract vendor shall ensure all work areas that may pose a hazard are adequately identified and secured at all times.
