The Contractor shall be responsible for the receipt and deposition of all transported debris by the Department on an as needed basis. 4.2.2. The Contractor shall be responsible for implementation of safe operating conditions for dumping debris and traffic control within the landfill 4.2.3. The Contractor shall have at least one (1) full time On-Site Supervisor available at all times during debris disposal operations. 4.2.4. The Contractor shall provide a dump weigh ticket or ticket with proof of certified scales for tonnage as documentation to the Department. Refer to Special Terms and Conditions, Item 28, “Weigh Tickets”. Landfill/ Transfer Station Locations 5.1.1. The Contractor shall notify the Department, in writing, of any changes to the locations. This includes the loss of an existing location or the gain of a new location.
