Las Cienegas National Conservation Area (LCNCA)- Oil Well Unit - Mechanical Mesquite Thinning
(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
(ii) Solicitation number 140L6423Q0007is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).
(iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-08, as of September 23, 2022.
(iv) This acquisition is Open Market, Total Small business Set-aside. The NAICS code is 115310 and the size standard is $11.5 million.
(v) The contract line items are listed in the price schedule of the solicitation package. Please provide the total price for the firm-fixed price line items.
(vi) This requirement is for mechanical mesquite reduction services within the Las Cienegas National Conservation Area (LCNCA), AZ.
(vii) The period of performance will be is expected to run from February 20, 2023 to June 30, 2023.
(viii) The provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Products and Commercial Services applies to this acquisition. The quote package will consist of the vendor's pricing information, technical proposal, and past performance reference.
(ix) The provision 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. Refer to this provision for information.
