Surveyor will provide the necessary on-call, land surveying services to HTHA in accordance with all provisions within this RFP. Projects will be assigned as determined necessary by HTHA for various projects located on tribal trust lands throughout the Hopi Reservation. Project tasks shall include, but are not necessarily limited to, those items noted below. If the Surveyor feels that additional tasks are warranted, they must be clearly identified in the proposal: a. Review maps, plats, legal descriptions and other land surveying documents prepared by, or submitted to, HTHA and/or third parties. b. Conduct various field surveying activities as needed for the benefit of HTHA. Some activities may be performed under the supervision of HTHA’s Development Director. Before any field surveys are conducted, the surveyor shall submit a Cost Proposal to HTHA. Before commencing any field work, HTHA will issue a Purchase Order if the Cost Proposal is approved. c. Research and due diligence investigations as needed for the benefit of HTHA. d. Other duties assigned by HTHA, not listed in this RFP.
